The company was founded in 1997 as a boutique insurance and consulting firm. Our owner J.C. Ranelli relied on his 25 year experience in working for Cigna Healthcare to successfully form the company. While working for Cigna he held various sales and management positions including President of Cigna Healthcare of Georgia. He has vast experience working with associations, HMO's, PPO's along with both small and large employers, including employer as large as fifty thousand employees.

James C. Ranelli, CEO
J.C.Ranelli began his career in 1973 with Cigna Healthcare as a District Manager. During his twenty five year career he held various sales and management positions including President of Cigna HealthCare of Georgia and General Manager of the Southeast region.
While with Cigna Mr. Ranelli handled many large employee benefit accounts along with managing and developing HMO and PPO networks. He has served on numerous internal boards including Cigna's Gold Circle Cabinet.
In 1997 Mr. Ranelli started his own firm to take advantage of his years of experience in the employee benefit industry. J.C. Ranelli & Company is a brokerage and consulting firm specializing in large employer and association benefit business.
Mr. Ranelli has been a licensed healthcare professional for over 45 years and is active in the community serving on several boards.

Paige Phillips, Employee Benefit Director
Paige Phillips has been a Life and Health agent for over 30 years.
Ms. Phillips is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriter(NAHU). NAHU is a professional association consisting of agents, brokers, insurance carriers and employee benefit consultants. Additionally, she holds a Medicare Certification as well as a PPACA certification from NAHU.
Ms. Phillips is a Lifetime Qualifier of NAHU Leading Producer Roundtable, recognizing agents for exceptional achievement. She has received numerous industry awards for her leadership and contribution to the insurance industry.
She continues to advocate on both the state and federal level to legislators and regulatory agencies on behalf of the healthcare industry.
